Pre-alpha bootstrap release of arkoren.dev/foundation/key at v0.1.0 (normal SemVer, no prerelease suffix). APIs may change.
Typed shared, ECDSA P-256 signing, and X25519 exchange key values with explicit generation and parsing.
Standard-library-only Go 1.27 module; no external module requirements. Independently tidied, built, tested, linted, and race-tested.
